Nicole Munns
Nicole is a sector specialist with extensive experience in modern slavery, poverty alleviation and systemic change. She previously led Justice & Care’s International Systemic Change Unit, working with experts, policymakers and practitioners to advance research, learning and best practice. She was also founding board chair of International Justice Mission Australia. Prior to this, Nicole worked in finance, structuring private equity financing for European buy-outs and advising wholesale investors on long-term funding strategies.
Andrew Wallis
Andrew is a leading expert in modern slavery, with extensive experience working with survivors, businesses, investors, governments, media and other organisations to tackle forced labour. He was the founding CEO of Unseen, an organisation dedicated to eradicating modern slavery, and chaired the Centre for Social Justice’s landmark It Happens Here report, the catalyst for the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015. Andrew began his career in business analysis and commercial management in the retail sector, before moving into project management and the anti-slavery sector.
Sheila Chanani
Sheila is a research and evaluation specialist with over two decades of experience across public health, human trafficking, and economic development. At the Global Fund to End Modern Slavery, she led monitoring, evaluation, and learning strategies across a portfolio of projects in India, Vietnam, Bangladesh, and the Philippines.
Kristen Abrams
Kristen is an international human rights lawyer and advocate with over two decades of experience in human trafficking, forced labour and human rights. She has held senior leadership roles at the McCain Institute and previously served as Acting Director of the Alliance to End Slavery and Trafficking.
